Conditions of Entry – Ohm pashmina competition
1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to all permanent residents of Australia aged 18 or over who are registered members of Spirited Woman.
3. Entries close 17:00 EST on 18th June 2008.
4. To enter, you must tell us in 25 words or less “why you would like to win such a beautiful prize”. Entries must be emailed to competitions@spiritedwoman.com.au, and must include the your full name and postal address. Entries must be received no later than 17:00 EST on 18th June 2008. (the “Promotional Period”).
5. Entrants can only submit one (1) entry.
6. In entering the competition, each entrant warrants that their entry does not contain material that infringes in any way the rights of anyone else.
7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. On 19/6/08 all the valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be judged by the Promoter and the winning entry will be selected.
The winning entry will be judged to be the best based on authenticity and originality will win the prize of a LHE for Ohm Australia pashmina. This prize is valued in Australian dollars at $320.00 including GST.
9. The total value of this prize pool is $320.00 and is valued at 2nd April 2008. All prizes are valued in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
10. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the prize winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
11. The winner will be notified by email on Thursday, 19th June, 2008.
12. The prize will be posted to the prize winners on Monday, 23rd June, 2008. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected mail containing the prizes.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting or participating in the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. It is a condition of entry that you allow the Promoter to use, display and publish your entry received without further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to you.
